I guide sellers through pricing, preparation, and negotiation with clarity and confidence, using proven strategies that have consistently sold my listings within 95–105% of the asking price.

I am committed to the highest professional standards and continually invest in advanced education and coaching to stay ahead of market shifts and buyer behavior. I am an active participant in Tom Ferry International, one of the industry’s top real estate coaching programs, and I hold the Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designations, providing sellers with a clear advantage through skilled negotiation and strategic execution.

I was born in the Philippines, raised on the island of Maui, and have lived in Northern California, Las Vegas, and now proudly call Orange County, California home since 2011. I’ve been happily married for over 27 years and am a proud mom of two children pursuing careers in Computer Science and Pharmacy.
